VIP Franchise
VIP Franchises are aimed at VIP/Diplomatic travel. VIP Franchise owners must have experience in the limousine or executive protection industry. VIP Franchises must have at least one armored luxury vehicle that meets VR-7 armor certifications (BMW High Security or Mercedes Guard) for diplomatic security contracts with foreign embassies.
VIP Franchise International Licence Fee: $500k USD
(Includes License, B7 BMW High Security Vehicle & Armored Chevrolet Suburban/Land Cruiser)
Contract Solutions
Contract Solutions (CS) Franchise owners should have experience in government contracting. Veterans Perfered. You will need to be able to get access to Military bases and embassies. CS Franchises must have armored vehicles that meet VR-6 armor certifications for existing US Military, USAID, NATO, UN, AU, EU Contracts.
Contract Solutions International Franchise Fee: $650k USD
(Includes License, and (4) B6 Armored Chevrolet Suburbans or Land Cruisers)

With the Worldwide Armored Vehicle Enterprise System a lot has changed with regard to how we work with vendors.
$2500 Brake Pads Good Faith Payment
If you do not currently have armored vehicles in the location that you are interested in, we charge a $2,500 consulting fee to discuss the armored car rental rental business with new prospective partners. We apologize in advance if this charge seems excessive. Prior to instituting this fee, we were approached weekly by people and companies that shown interest in joining our vendor network, but were not in a position to buy brakes on a car, let alone a franchise with millions of dollars in Armored Vehicles.
So we instituted the Brake Pads Good Faith Deposit. New Brakes in an Armored Vehicle cost around $2,500. If a potential business partner can not come up with $2,500 we are of the opinion that they shouldn't be in the armored vehicle rental business. Vehicle repairs often cost over $2,500 USD.
